Children Will Shine (CWS) Peterborough runs during term-times, on Mondays, from 4pm -5.30pm and is held in the Community Room down by the Cafe in Tesco Hampton in Peterborough.

For more information about CWS and places available, please contact us using the form on our PaCDDA Contact Us page – Click here to go to our Contacts page.

We launched the CWS project in Peterborough in November 2012; it is a series of regular, ongoing educational workshops for primary and secondary school children with dyslexia. The workshops provide a unique multisensory approach to literacy tuition and the wonderful success of this project means we would like to expand CWS to further Cambridgeshire locations… watch this space!

If you are interested in helping set up a workshop closer to you please get in touch.

I was, on the whole, considerably discouraged by my school days. It was not pleasant to feel oneself so completely outclassed and left behind at the beginning of the race.” Winston Churchill

“It’s not that I’m so smart, it’s just that I stay with problems longer.” Albert Einstein

“I was one of the ‘puzzle children’ myself — a dyslexic . . . And I still have a hard time reading today. Accept the fact that you have a problem. Refuse to feel sorry for yourself. You have a challenge; never quit! ” Nelson Rockefeller
